Terms of Service

Last updated: August 9, 2026

1. Services

Zero Entry provides automated workflow solutions for businesses. Each engagement is defined by a scope of work agreed upon between Zero Entry and the client before any work begins.

2. Client Responsibilities

You agree to:

3. 30-Day Guarantee

If you are not satisfied with the automation within 30 days of go-live, you don't pay. This guarantee covers the initial build and deployment. To invoke the guarantee, contact us at zeroentryLLC@zeroentry.org.

4. Payment

Payment terms are defined in the scope of work for each project. Invoices are due on receipt. Reminders are sent at 7 and 14 days past due, and a notice is sent at 21 days. If an invoice remains unpaid 30 days past due, services are paused until the balance is cleared. Data is preserved during any pause — nothing is deleted.

5. Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, the automation workflows and scripts built for you are yours to use. Zero Entry retains the right to use anonymized, non-identifiable aspects of the work for portfolio and marketing purposes.

6. Confidentiality

Zero Entry will not share, sell, or distribute your business data, credentials, or internal information. All client data is treated as confidential and handled with the same care we'd want for our own business.

7. Limitation of Liability

Zero Entry is not liable for indirect damages resulting from the use or misuse of automated workflows. We build and test thoroughly, but we cannot guarantee against every edge case or third-party API change. We will fix issues promptly at no additional cost.

8. Termination

Either party may terminate the agreement with 30 days written notice. Clients may also pause service for up to 60 days per calendar year. Upon termination, client data will be returned and all automation access will be transferred.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Montana.
